In this workshop Sheerle will guide you through the wonders of heart-openers. I will teach you how you can use these asanas as a super power in your everyday life. We all know the phrase ,”follow your heart.” What it really means is to listen to your heart and by intentionally making space around your heart and observing and listening to the sensations that arise, you will start to become more familiar with the language your heart speaks.

This workshop is for all levels but it's important to understand that it is an intense workshop and may be challenging for beginner practitioners. You may make it as challenging as you choose. You will only need to bring water with you.

I am not going to pretend that I have it all figured out. If I have learned anything it’s that I know nothing. That being said there are a few words that describe this human persona I’ve adopted since coming earth-bound. I’m a woman. I am sensitive, nurturing, and playful. Compassion is my superpower. I mentor people who find resonance with the tools that have helped me get where I am today. I could go on forever but these words aren’t doing justice for who I really am. Deep down inside I know I am so much more than this. I am THE creator of my reality and these words tend to limit my capacity to expand. Who am I really? I AM LOVE.
