האמן הרב-תחומי בוקר חקר את ההגירה הים תיכונית, על מנת לחשוף את המורשת הטוניסאית של אביו. ביצירתו מתייחס לנושא משבר ההגירה הים תיכוני הנוכחי הכולל עקירה של אנשים ממקום הולדתם. ביצירה ישנו ניסיון הבחנה בין מהגרים, מבקשי מקלט ופליטים, תוך שימת לב לנוף המשתנה של אגן הים התיכון.

The multidisciplinary artist Bokaer studied Mediterranean immigration in order to expose his father's Tunisian heritage. In his work, he refers to the issue of the current Mediterranean migration crisis, which includes uprooting people from their birthplace. In the work there is an attempt to distinguish between immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees, while paying attention to the changing landscape of the Mediterranean.

On the 100th anniversary of the publication of the Utopia, “Jerusalem is built” – a dream in a sketch by Boris Schatz, the founder of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, a group of Jerusalem artists are returning to this exemplary text dealing with Schatz’s utopian Jerusalem in 2018.
