What?
A practical workshop that will give the managers in your organization the opportunity to expand their managerial influence, learn new ways to influence, be heard, become more involved in the organization and acquire tools to be a better manager.
Manage their skills, build the next generation manager line in your company.
The workshop was developed in recent years by Moshe Weiss, a Design Thinking guru, and a Senior Manager in IBM and Rotem Binheim, a senior UX Consultant, Researcher & Workshops leader.
How?
We will be divided into teams, run some activities, understand the current challenges of managers in organizations and find ways to overcome them, together, brainstorming on steroids.
Using the workshop, you will learn new ways to manage, learn from the others and will gain better tools to be more effective in your organization.
Who should attend
Any leader in your organization: Manager, team leader, scrum master, product owner, program manager, product manager, project manager, etc.
Any leader that has direct reports or indirect ones.
Are there any prerequisites?
None. No need to prepare for anything. Just come open-minded to learn a new innovative approach to measure success better.
