אודות הכנס:

הכנס השנתי הבינלאומי של המכון למחקרי ביטחון לאומי INSS מתקיים זו השנה ה-18, והפך במרוצת השנים לאחד הכנסים המדיניים-ביטחוניים המשפיעים בישראל, אשר מושך אליו בכירים בהווה ובעבר מהמערכת הביטחונית, המדינית והדיפלומטית הישראלית והעולמית.
השנה הכנס יתמקד באספקטים הביטחוניים-מדיניים בהם עומדת ישראל בצומת דרכים קריטי – האפשרויות השונות לסיום המלחמה בכלל החזיתות והשבת החטופים, שאלת עתיד שטח רצועת עזה, השלכות המלחמה הממושכת על הציבור הישראלי ועל כוחות הביטחון ההולכים ונשחקים, מקומה של ישראל בזירה האזורית והבינלאומית, והמשך ההתמודדות מול הציר האיראני בעת דה-לגיטימציה גוברת.
המכון למחקרי ביטחון לאומי (INSS) הוא מכון מחקר עצמאי ובלתי תלוי, המתמקד בגיבוש מדיניות לשיפור ביטחונה הלאומי של ישראל. המכון פועל להבטחת עוצמתה, שגשוגה ועתידה של ישראל כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית, כמעצמה אזורית וכחברה בקהילת המדינות הדמוקרטיות.
אנו שואפים לתרגם את עוצמתה הצבאית של ישראל לכוח גיאופוליטי יציב, תוך חיזוק בריתות אזוריות ועולמיות ומחויבות לחברה חזקה, מוסרית ושוויונית.

About the Conference:

Now in its 18th year, the annual conference of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) is one of Israel’s most influential policy and security events, attracting senior security, political, and diplomatic officials, both past and present, from Israel and abroad.

This year’s conference will focus on key security and political issues facing Israel, including scenarios for ending the multi-front war, the release of the hostages, and the future of the Gaza Strip. Other topics include the impact of a prolonged war on Israeli society and its increasing strain on the security forces, as well as Israel’s regional and international role in countering the Iranian-led “Axis of Resistance” amid growing delegitimization efforts.
