Please join CCA Director and Curator Nicola Trezzi for a tour of “Anne Samat: Never Walk in Anyone’s Shadow” and “Yasmin Vardi: Token”; during the tour Trezzi will share insights about these two exhibitions, sharing their premises, their formats, and their role within the Center’s annual exhibition program. Additionally, he will offer points of entry into the practice of both artists, about their medium of choice – moving image for Vardi, wall sculptures for Samat – and the specific works on view: a new commission in the case of the former, and a selection of recent works in the case of the latter.

The tour will be held in English.

ندعوكم للانضمام إلى مدير CCA تل أبيب يافا وقيّم المعارض، نيكولا ترتسي في جولة في معارض «آن سامات: لا تسيروا في ظل أحد» و«ياسمين ڤاردي: مقايضة». سيشارك ترتسي تصوراته ورؤيته حول المعرضين، موضّحًا مواضيعها وصيغ تقديمهما ودورهما ضمن البرنامج السنوي للمعارض في المركز. كما سيتطرق إلى نقاط انطلاق الفنانتين بما يتعلق بالوسائط المختارة في كلا المعرضين – الصورة المتحركة لياسمين ڤاردي ومنحوتات الجدران لآن سامات؛ في المعرض يُعرض عمل جديد كُلّفت ياسمين ڤاردي بإنتاجه، إلى جانب مجموعة من الأعمال الحديثة لآن سامات.
