Cooking Up a Story

Join us for a unique family experience at the Shikmim Field School, near Nitsanim Beach where food, nature, history and adventure come together!

Together we’ll learn how to prepare a delicious traditional poikeh meal over the fire, and while it slowly cooks, we’ll discover the fascinating story of the field school and its surroundings. Families will also enjoy an exciting activity in the immersive room and head out on a fun search for the bats that come alive around the area after dark. We will finish with our delicious slow cooked meal (parve)!

Easy to medium level of difficulty - walking around 2 km on sand.

(Not accessible to baby strollers)

Tour conducted in English.

Price: 80 NIS Adult, 65 NIS Child Members of SPNI: 30 NIS Adult, 20 NIS child
Children up to age 3 free of charge
